How account deletion works
OnFocus gives you an in-app path to request deletion of your cloud account and synced data, plus a public web page for store compliance.
What the request covers
- Your OnFocus cloud account profile
- Synced progress and related cloud records
- Group memberships, invites, and related metadata tied to your account
What is not canceled automatically
- Any Apple App Store or Google Play subscription
- Local-only data still stored on your device until the app is removed or cleared
Manual request if you cannot access the app
Email onholdingdepartment@gmail.com from the same email address used in your account, or include your account identifier if available.
We may ask for additional verification before we complete the request.
